What is your delivery date?

It depends. Normally, 15-40 days after received the deposit and confirmed all the details.

How to guarantee the quality of your goods?

We will inspect every process. For the finished products, we will do 100% inspection according to the customers’ requirements and the international standard. To control quality, we have four testing procedures: initial inspection, sampling inspection, re-inspection, and final inspection. Our products have gotten through CE, ISO9001, ISO14001, SONCAP, CIQ, SASO, ETC, BS, UL, and some other certificates required for detection.

Where is your factory? How can I visit it?

The nearest airport is Yiwu Airport. It takes about 1 hour to drive from Yiwu Airport and about 3 hours to take the express from Shanghai. Warmly welcome to visit us!

What is your sample policy?

Mall samples, we can provide it free of charge. For a complete door, we must charge some fees. But if you place an order next time, we will refund the sample fee.

How to deliver the goods to us?

Usually we will ship the goods to you by sea, our nearest ports are Ningbo and Shanghai, and we are only 35km away from Ningbo port, so it is very convenient and fast to ship the goods to any other country.

What is your payment items?

Generally, we accept 30% - 50% of the total amount as the deposit and balance before delivery. If you have another requirement, please contact us.
